About Shayla LaVeaux

Loud.  That’s the only word that can describe Shayla LaVeaux’s looks, personality, and business ventures.  Strong and rebellious, Shalya grabs the audience’s attention and most importantly, keeps it.  Even her stage name screams out, invoking a rough kind of sexiness that leaves much to the imagination.  With toned muscles, wild blonde hair, dark eye makeup framing her blue eyes, and a vibrant smile, Shayla defies all the conventional features of femininity—meekness, sweetness, and delicacy. Rather, she is known for being wild, unafraid to take risks, and a go-getter.  But instead of taking away from her femininity, her strong personality only accentuates it, giving life and spirit to her voluptuous curves and brilliant smile. 

Unlike many other women, Shayla LaVeaux came into the adult entertainment industry accidentally.  It was true that she had always had a wild and rebellious nature, but she also had a loving and nurturing familial environment and thus did not seek out this industry.  However, fate found ways to lure her in.  She was hitchhiking to a concert at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre.  The person who picked her up happened to be a stripper. Under her influence, Shayla LaVeaux began working at a strip club called Shotgun Willie’s and then started her own bachelor party business. Through this business, she met her manager Lucky Smith, who helped start her adult film career.  This was when Shaya LaVeaux chose her stage name. She chose Shayla because a friend of hers from high school had named her baby Shayla.  She chose Laveaux after the New Orleans voodoo queen named Marie Laveau, a powerful yet beautiful woman. 

Shayla Laveaux went on to star in over two hundred movies in her twelve years in the adult entertainment industry.  Looking back on her career, it was obvious that Shayla Laveaux’s success had to do with more than just her looks.  It was her strength, vitality, and infectious nature that kept fans wanting more.
